By accessing or using Sigma Stamps (www.sigmastamps.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

2. Products

  • All stamps and philatelic items offered on Sigma Stamps are genuine and sold as described.
  • Product condition (mint, used, etc.) is described on each product page to the best of our knowledge.
  • Images are representative; actual items may vary slightly due to photography and the unique nature of collectible stamps.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of GST at 18% where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm and dispatch the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Stock is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through PayU, a secure third-party payment gateway. We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. Sigma Stamps does not store your full card or bank details.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • A flat shipping rate of ₹100 applies to all orders.
  • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹5,000.
  • Estimated delivery time varies by location, typically 5–10 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the collectible and fragile nature of postal stamps, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product images, descriptions, logos, and text — is the property of Sigma Stamps and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Stamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
