1. Policy Overview

At Sigma Stamps, every stamp and philatelic item is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Because of the collectible and fragile nature of our products, this policy outlines the limited circumstances under which we accept claims.

2. No Returns or Refunds Once Shipped

Due to the collectible and fragile nature of postal stamps, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully (items, quantity, and shipping address) before confirming payment.

3. Exceptions

We will consider a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • Order not received within 30 days from the date of dispatch (subject to courier confirmation).
  • Order arrived damaged in transit, with photographic or video proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

4. How to Report a Damaged Shipment

If your shipment arrives damaged, email info@sigmastamps.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging.
  • A short video of the unboxing, if available (strongly recommended).

Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without adequate proof, cannot be accepted.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, email info@sigmastamps.com with your order number as soon as possible.

6. Response Time

We review all claims and cancellation requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PayU and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
